We Pick Up From You
We come straight to your home at your scheduled pickup time — evenings (6–7 PM) on weekdays, or morning (7–9 AM) for same-day Sunday service.

Deep Clean — Same Day or Overnight
Sundays: same-day service, back by 8 PM. All other days: overnight — we clean everything and return it by 8:30 AM the next morning.

This isn't just about getting things clean; it's about preserving the structural integrity and safety performance of the seat. Improper cleaning can compromise harness webbing, padding, and shell materials. We take that responsibility seriously so you never have to worry.

Child Car Seat Cleaning – Liability Waiver & Release
This Liability Waiver and Release of Claims ("Waiver") is entered into by the undersigned Parent or Legal Guardian ("Client") in favor of Car Seat Retreat.
1. Scope of Services Car Seat Retreat provides car seat cleaning services only. Car Seat Retreat does not inspect, test, certify, install, or approve the safety, performance, or roadworthiness of any child car seat.
2. Ownership & Responsibility The Client affirms that the car seat is owned by the Client; the Client is solely responsible for determining whether the car seat is safe for continued use; the Client is responsible for confirming the car seat has not been recalled, expired, damaged, or involved in any accident; and the Client is responsible for proper reinstallation and use of the car seat following cleaning.
3. No Warranty or Safety Guarantee Car Seat Retreat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, integrity, or functionality of the car seat; manufacturer compliance or future performance; or suitability of the car seat for any child. Cleaning services do not restore, certify, or guarantee the safety or effectiveness of any car seat.
4. Assumption of Risk The Client voluntarily assumes all risks, known or unknown, associated with use of the car seat after cleaning, reinstallation of the car seat, and normal wear, material degradation, or manufacturer defects.
5. Release and Waiver of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client releases and forever discharges Car Seat Retreat from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to cleaning services performed; use or misuse of the car seat after cleaning; any alleged failure of the car seat; pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or structural issues; manufacturer defects, recalls, or design flaws; lingering stains, odors, or discoloration; hidden mold, mildew, or compromised materials; fabric wear, fading, or deterioration during safe cleaning of aged or sun-exposed materials; or damage occurring during proper cleaning, disassembly, or reassembly due to fragile or aging components not visibly apparent prior to service.
6. Car Seat Failure & No Lawsuit Clause The Client expressly agrees that Car Seat Retreat shall not be liable and may not be sued for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from car seat failure, including structural or material failure; harness, buckle, or restraint failure; manufacturer defects; or failure occurring after cleaning, during transport, or during use.
7. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car Seat Retreat from any claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, or attorney's fees arising from the use or failure of the car seat.
8. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
9. Results Disclaimer Cleaning outcomes may vary depending on the age, condition, materials, and severity of soiling. Car Seat Retreat does not guarantee 100% stain or odor removal.
10. Reassembly & Installation Responsibility Car Seat Retreat includes full reassembly as part of our service. Clients are responsible for inspecting all items upon return. We do not reinstall car seats into vehicles. It is the client's responsibility to reinstall seats per manufacturer instructions or with a certified CPST.
11. Photos & Documentation We take before, during, and after photos for quality assurance. These may be used for marketing purposes unless requested otherwise. No identifying client information will be shared.
12. Items Left in Seats or Strollers Clients are responsible for removing all personal items prior to pickup. Car Seat Retreat is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside items.
13. Porch Pick-Up & Delivery Conditions Car Seat Retreat is not responsible for damage, weather exposure, animals, or theft before pickup or after delivery. Clients must ensure items are placed and retrieved promptly from a safe, dry location.
14. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are infested, heavily soiled with bodily fluids, structurally unsafe, moldy, mildewed, or otherwise unsafe to handle.
15. Pick-Up & Delivery Terms Items must be accessible and ready at the agreed pickup time. If items are not present, a $10 reattempt fee may apply. Once delivered, Car Seat Retreat is no longer responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
16. Cancellations & Reschedules Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup are non-refundable. One reschedule may be allowed based on availability.
17. Payment Policy Payment is required at the time of booking. Services will not be scheduled or confirmed until payment is received.
18. Items We Do Not Clean We do not clean mold or mildew-contaminated items; damaged or unsafe car seats or strollers; expired or recalled car seats; or items involved in a motor vehicle collision.
19. Post-Delivery Inspection & Acceptance Clients must inspect items upon delivery or within 2 hours. Use of the item constitutes acceptance of its condition. Re-cleans are only eligible for unused items reported within the inspection window.
